From Our President
Hi, my name is Steve Cieslewicz and I have the pleasure of serving as the BCAW President. I am the owner of Whitetail Lanes in Amherst Jct, a thriving eight lane center that has a good league base, but is very strong in the bar/food area.
I am proud to be serving as your president. The BCAW’s main focus is to enhance the profitability of our member centers. Like I always tell people, it would cost me money not to belong to BCAW/BPAA.
As your president, I am committed to serving our members and helping in whatever they need to be successful through our programs. I look forward to meeting you at one of our events throughout the year!

Meet Our Team
YVONNE BENNETT, CAE, SHRM-SCP
Yvonne has over 20 years experience and many successes in the not-for-profit sector to include leading state and national associations in sports. As a high level scratch bowler, youth coach, program coordinator and later at the board and administrative level, she has a broad background in bowling.
While working with the Young American Bowling Alliance and subsequently, Bowling, Inc. Shared Services, she collaborated with BPAA and their state organizations in support of several industry initiatives, improving services to bowlers and bowling centers throughout the country.
Yvonne serves as the organization’s CEO, working in unison with the BCAW Board of Directors in providing programs and services to member centers, volunteers, and bowlers consistent with the BCAW mission, strategic plan and budget. She manages the business operations of the association to include the state office and staff.
Bob’s been hooked on bowling since the age of 10 when he bowled in his first junior league. He loves the bowling industry and it shows in all that he does! Working for larger bowling centers and the industry for most of his working life, Bob feels fortunate to have had a small stake in a 16 lane center for a few years. That experience has been beneficial to him and BCAW as he has an understanding of what it’s like in the day of the shoes of a bowling center owner/manager.
Bob still enjoys bowling and coaching of bowlers of all ages. He is a Silver Certified USBC Coach. In 2016 he was recognized for his contributions to our sport when he was inducted into the Waukesha USBC Association Hall of Fame.
As the program manager for BCAW, Bob is responsible for our bowling programs and events including the High School and Middle School Bowling Clubs, Storm Doubles Tournament, All Star Team Challenge and the Wisconsin Pepsi USBC Youth Championship Tournament.
SANDRA JESKE, CMP
Sandra is the newest member of the BCAW team, joining the staff in the summer of 2015 as our Grand Prix Program administrator. She comes to us with over 20 years of association experience administering programs and events. She holds the prestigious Certified Meeting Planner (CMP) credential, as recognized by Meeting Professionals International.
A native of Wisconsin, she enjoys stained glass, photography, remodeling her cabin up north, camping & kayaking.
In addition to the Grand Prix Program, Sandra is our go to person for the BCAW Annual Meeting, Conference & Trade Show and our PR/communications efforts.
Luanne took up bowling in the early 1970’s when she moved to Milwaukee. Starting as a sub, she married into a bowling family and became a proprietor herself. She enjoys the industry and feels blessed to have been hired by BCAW almost 10 years ago.
As coordinator of the Wisconsin Pepsi USBC Youth Championship Tournament, she works with proprietors, youth coaches and parents to promote opportunities for youth bowlers to earn scholarships.
Luanne also assists in administering scholarship disbursements on behalf of the hundreds of student athletes who have won scholarships in a variety of BCAW youth programs.
