Day One – July 11
Utilizing Demographics – Each center attending will receive a demographics report for their center.  Everything you needed to know regarding customers and potential customers in your area.  This session will go over the report in general, of course, highlighting uses of the information provided.

Marketing – Day Part Management – Your day at the center management – morning, afternoon, early evening, evening and late night. Centers will pick a day and determine if morning volume is Low, afternoon may be Medium volume, etc. In breaking down each day of the week, management/marketing can determine what parts of each day to concentrate on – developing events, program, leagues, etc.

Day Two – July 12
Marketing – Birthday and Group Events – Excellent ideas for developing and running a birthday party or perhaps a holiday party, tournament, etc.

Food & Beverage – Pricing strategies , inventory & portion controls and food & beverage trends existing today will be discussed.

Day Three – July 13
Daily Profitability – A full day dedicated to the learning & understanding your financial numbers and how to develop & increase your profits.
