Round Table Discussion Topics Announced!

img_1427One of the greatest benefits of joining your trade association is having the opportunity to network and learn from your peers.  At this year’s BCAW Annual Conference & Trade Show we are featuring five topics that will sure to add to the value of membership with Bowling Centers Association of Wisconsin!

The round table networking session is scheduled for Tuesday, December 6th at 9:00 a.m.   Attendees will have the option of choosing one of the five concurrent sessions; or may feel free to move about the various groups during the 90 minute session.

The following topics will be offered: 

Smart Buy Overview for New Members facilitated by Steve Cieslewicz
Geared for newer members, but everyone is invited!  Learn more about the many BPAA Smart Buy Programs designed to help with your bottom line.  Smart Buy VIP and guru Steve will help you identify ways to maximize your savings.

Marketing Bowlapalooza – Bowling Promotion in Your Center facilitated by Bob Maki
Share ideas and learn how to grow your bowling business through promotion in your center.  Included will be youth, adult and senior programs.  Bob will facilitate this idea sharing networking session, designed to help you fill your lanes.

Marketing through Social Media facilitated by Erik Gialdella
Back by popular demand!  This past July Erik facilitated a hands-on discussion on how to utilize today’s technology to improve your exposure through social media.  Bring your mobile phone, tablet or laptop for this lively and interactive session.

Bring YOUR Open Topic facilitated by Yvonne Bennett
Got a question or challenge?  Looking for ideas from your peers?  Want to share something that would help others?  This session will be an open forum for discussion and idea sharing on any topic of interest. If we don’t have the experts at the table, Yvonne will identify resources to help you out.

Mobile Round Table – An In-house Walkabout facilitated by Pete Riopelle
Village Bowl in Menomonee Falls is our host for this year’s BCAW Conference & Trade Show.  Pete has graciously offered to provide a tour of his operation to provide for idea sharing in key areas such as the control desk/counter, bar, kitchen, concourse, settee and the “back of the house” (behind the pinsetters/machines,etc).

For more information on the 2016 BCAW Annual Conference & Trade Show, please check out our website!  Registration for BCAW members is just $99 through Sunday, November 20th and includes the reception & trade show on Monday, our awards dinner Monday evening, breakfast Tuesday morning, the round table networking sessions and a chef’s demonstration sponsored by Sysco of Baraboo . . . complete with a sampling lunch to follow.

After Sunday the registration fee goes up to $125.  Not a member yet?  Give us a call and we can take care of that for you!
