WI Pepsi USBC Tournament Refunds Going Out Today

BCAW is issuing refunds of over $61,000 for all entry fees paid on behalf of USBC youth members who qualified for the Wisconsin Pepsi USBC Tournament and our regional competitions.

Unfortunately due to COVID-19, on March 13, 2020 we cancelled all 16 regional events scheduled to be held March 21-29, 2020 as well as the Pepsi State Finals scheduled for May 9, 2020.

If your center paid the entry fees for their bowlers, the refund should be retained by the bowling center.  If however, the youth bowlers’ parent, guardian or someone else paid the entry fee, then you must provide them with a full refund.

We encourage you to do this in a timely manner, understanding with bowling centers closed and leagues suspended indefinitely, this may present challenges.  Please do the best you can to get this money back to the families as soon as possible.

Because the BCAW office will be closed indefinitely effective Wednesday, March 25, 2020, we will not have staff available to respond to any questions you may have.  You may of course email our Pepsi Tournament administrator Sandy Jeske (sandy.jeske@bowlwi.com), who will respond to all inquiries when she returns to work.  I ask that you not call and leave voice mail.

These are extra-ordinary times.  Everyone at BCAW appreciates your patience and understanding as we navigate through uncharted waters.  We encourage everyone to practice social distancing in order to “flatten the curve.”  The sooner this health emergency subsides, the sooner we can all return to our normal routines.  Be safe and see you back on the lanes soon!
