BCAW Annual Meeting to go Virtual
With the continued uncertainty created by the COVID-19 pandemic, and the impact on our members and their businesses, BCAW has decided to conduct our BCAW Annual Meeting & Conference via ZOOM this year. Because we will be meeting virtually, with minimal expense to BCAW, there will be NO CHARGE to participate in this event.
We will continue with our previously announced date of Monday, October 26th and are currently working to fine-tune our agenda. We anticipate it roughly looking like this:
10:00am – 11:30am BCAW Annual Meeting
12:00pm – 1:00pm First Educational Session (of two)
1:30pm – 2:30pm Second Educational Session (of two)
2:30pm – 3:30pm Peer2Peer Networking – Virtual Happy Hour
We will conduct the business of the association during the annual meeting segment, which will include elections for the BCAW Board of Directors & recognizing our 2020 BCAW Award of Excellence recipients. The topics and speakers for our educational sessions will be announced as soon as we’ve finalized those details.
We will also be working with our supplier member partners and prior exhibitors to find a meaningful way for them to participate as well.
Our goal is to create quality educational content, provide networking opportunities, celebrate the contributions and excellence benefiting bowling in Wisconsin as well as doing the important business of BCAW as we strive to serve our members during these most challenging times.
