Six Wisconsin Pepsi USBC Champions Crowned
With 125 of the top youth bowlers from around the state competing in the WI Pepsi USBC Championships at Bowlero Wauwatosa, we awarded nearly $21,000 in scholarships. Every bowler at the state finals received a minimum of $100.
Our champions in each division were:
U12G Natalie Koss
U12B Dylan Boldt
U15G Libby Porter
U15B Remington Kilps
U18G Paige Plautz
U18B Robert Vater
In addition to the state title and scholarship money, this event provided a fully paid entry into the USBC Junior Gold Championships being held in Indianapolis this summer. Because of how late in the bowling season this event is, some bowlers had already earned their ticket to the 2021 Junior Gold event, so we awarded our entry to the next bowler in the standings who had interest in bowling in the tournament this summer. Additionally, BCAW provided a $300 travel stipend to the recipients of the Junior Gold entry earned through our WI Pepsi USBC Championships.
Our advancers to the USBC Junior Gold Championships were:
U12G Natalie Koss
U12B Zachary Maldonado
U15G Libby Porter
U15B Remington Kilps
U18G Abby Smith
U18B Ian Koss
