As previously announced (click HERE to read prior news release), BCAW has begun the search for our next executive director. The Board of Directors has provided the following job posting as they seek candidates interested in being considered for the position:
BCAW is seeking a passionate and outgoing executive director to lead our team! Our executive director works in unison with the BCAW Board of Directors and a number of committees in providing programs and services to bowling centers, volunteers, and bowlers consistent with the BCAW mission.
The ideal candidate will be a team player, well organized with a diverse skill set relevant to managing a small staff association office. The ability to juggle multiple programs throughout the year, while working with a diversity of individuals is paramount.

This full-time exempt position (45-50 hours per week on average) will pay $60,000-$80,000 based on related skills and experience. Additionally, we have a very attractive benefits package for our Executive Director position:
* Paid Time Off (PTO) – vacation & sick combined
* Nine paid holidays per year
* Benefit Dollars paid after six months’ service ($250/month)
* SIMPLE IRA plan after one year’s service (w/3% match)
* 100% reimbursement, with a Board of Directors’ approved plan, of the monthly premium for medical insurance for the executive director only
