BCAW President Hank Posnanski, Jr.

Hello, my name is Hank Posnanski, Jr. I am excited to be serving as President of the Bowling Centers Association of Wisconsin for the next two years.

Bowling definitely runs in our family. Currently I am the proprietor of Bluemound Bowl in Brookfield. My late father, Henry Posnanski, bought Bluemound Bowl in 1972 so we are excited about celebrating our 50th anniversary this year. I grew up around bowling and several of my brothers and sisters worked with me at Bluemound when we were kids. In addition, I’m proud to be a member of both the Milwaukee Area USBC and Wisconsin State bowling halls of fame.

Today I continue the proud tradition my father started. My kids Fallon, Henry and Emma all work at Bluemound. And my brother, Tracy, is the proprietor at New Berlin Bowl in New Berlin.

As a proprietor, I take great pride in making sure our customers feel comfortable and enjoy their experience when they visit our bowling center.

As BCAW President, I hope to bring that same passion for service to our membership and do my part to help grow their businesses.

With that being said, I want to wish everyone a successful and profitable bowling season!

Roger Dalkin
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

In August of 2022, Roger was named Executive Director of the Bowling Centers Association of Wisconsin. Roger came out of retirement to join the BCAW staff in September 2019 in a newly created part-time position as program manager.  His primary duties have been working with the Wisconsin High School and Middle School Bowling Clubs.  With his vast bowling background, he has been involved in other programs throughout the year. His duties will shift to maintaining operations of the BCAW office along with communication, programming, and membership oversight for the association.

Roger and his wife Karen still live in Greendale, the Milwaukee suburb that once was the home to Bowling Headquarters where Roger was the first CEO of the United States Bowling Congress (USBC).

A member of the USBC Hall of Fame Class of 2008 for meritorious service, we are fortunate to have his experience, skills and passion on our team.

Yvonne Bennett
PROGRAM MANAGER

The Bowling Centers Association of Wisconsin has rehired former BCAW Executive Director Yvonne Bennett to join the office team.

In addition to working directly with membership recruitment and retention efforts,  Bennett will serve as the WI Adult Youth Scholarship Tournament Director.  She will also assist Dalkin and Brettingen with other BCAW events and programs during the bowling season.

Patrick Brettingen

PROGRAM MANAGER

The Bowling Centers Association of Wisconsin has named Patrick Brettingen as its new Program Manager.

In his new role, Brettingen will administer key BCAW programs from the grass roots through state levels including: the Middle School and High School State Bowling Championships, the Pepsi USBC Tournament,  All Star Team Challenge, Storm Scholarship Doubles and more.

Brettingen brings a bowling background to this position both as a competitor and in the bowling industry. The Franklin, Wis., resident worked for the United States Bowling Congress as a Communications/PR Coordinator from 1997-2008. He competed on the lanes for the University of Minnesota and the Linds Bowling Shoes amateur team in Minnesota.
