From Our President
Hello, my name is Erik Gialdella and I am excited to be serving the BCAW as President for the next few years. I am currently the proprietor of Revs Bowl Bar & Grill and T&O Lanes in Oshkosh. I don’t think you could ask for two different centers! Revs Bowl Bar & Grill has been significantly renovated and features BESX scoring, a large bar room with great food, and a large outdoor volleyball and bocce ball area with room for future expansion. T&O Lanes is a vintage center with 16 lanes of hand scoring and above ground ball returns. There is no parking lot and we only serve pizza and nacho’s.
The interesting feeling I get is that both places feel like home. Guests feel comfortable in the environment that each place creates and people generally have a good time at either facility. I take great pride in making sure people enjoy their day and have made it my mission to create exceptional guest experiences through a passion for service.
The BCAW definitely caught my attention and my passion for serving. I quickly became involved in various committees, joined the board, served as the vice-president and now I am proud to serve as the President of this great association. It feels gratifying to serve others and have the opportunity to assist in making other people successful. With that said, I look forward to helping our members become more profitable and watch our BCAW grow more prosperous.
Sincerely,
Erik Gialdella
