The tournament directors at the Bowling Centers Association of Wisconsin (BCAW) have discussed the recent decisions by USBC and the PBA and want to clarify our plan of action for the remaining events under our purview.

At this time BCAW will continue to allow all 6 of these balls in the remaining events this season. To clarify, the Storm Phaze 4, Storm Electrify Solid, Storm Trend 2, 900 Global Altered Reality, 900 Global Wolverine and Roto Grip UFO Alert currently remain USBC approved and are acceptable in all remaining BCAW events this season.
Lastly, the Storm Spectre and the 2016 and 2017 Purple Hammers have been banned by USBC (and PBA) for all levels of certified competition. They will remain non-conforming and unallowed by BCAW as well.
