The Bowling Centers Association of Wisconsin (BCAW) is the state affiliate of the Bowling Centers’ Association of America (BPAA). We work in partnership to increase the profitability of your business. We accomplish this through opportunities to promote bowling to your customers as well as providing cost savings on the products and services you use in your center.
BPAA’s Smart Buy Program is one of the most comprehensive offerings available. Special pricing to include rebates on Pepsi products and Sysco Foods are just a couple of the programs that bowling centers throughout Wisconsin are utilizing. For some bowling centers, even small centers with four to eight lanes, find that their cost savings exceed the annual membership dues to belong to BPAA and BCAW!
We also provide opportunities for bowling center owners and managers to learn more about how to grow their business. Educational opportunities through BPAA’s Bowling University and BCAW’s membership meetings are excellent ways to learn from others. Locally, we are very proud of the networking opportunities that we provide giving you peer-to-peer interaction through proven success stories. Our valued members have access to resources created with you in mind. In the BPAA members’ only area you will find tools in all areas of your operation, from food & beverage to increasing league participation. We collectively work with bowling’s national governing body the United States Bowling Congress (USBC) in the area of youth development and training. And Strike Ten Entertainment (STE) is the marketing arm for bowling, supported by BPAA on a national and state level.
As trade associations, BPAA and BCAW also serve as your representative in Washington, DC and Madison. When legislative issues facing small business owners are considered, our legislative consultants work directly with lawmakers to present your side of the issue. Recent areas of concern including minimum wage, OWI/DUI, powdered alcohol and interlock ignitions are being monitored on your behalf.
